Refunds for SkyyCast Pro

How Pro billing works

SkyyCast Pro costs $9/month or $90/year, depending on the billing interval you choose, and is billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, billing support, and applicable refund requests under its own terms. SkyyCast determines your Pro access based on the subscription status Paddle reports to us — we never receive or store your card number or other payment credentials.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing — it does not, by itself, refund what you've already paid. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period; you are not cut off immediately, and you will not be charged again after that period ends.

Refunds

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's applicable refund policy and any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you. SkyyCast does not set a separate fixed refund window of its own, so that there is no conflict with Paddle's policy — eligibility and timing for any refund are determined by Paddle's policy and by applicable law.

To request a refund, please use Paddle's buyer support and refund process, available through Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net or via the link in your Paddle receipt or order confirmation email. SkyyCast Books eBooks

SkyyCast Books sells digital eBooks as one-time purchases, delivered electronically as downloadable files in the formats listed on each book's page (for example, PDF and EPUB). As with Pro, Paddle is the Merchant of Record for eBook purchases and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and refunds and chargebacks under its own terms.

Refund requests for an eBook go through Paddle's refund process, in the same way as described above: eligibility and timing are determined by Paddle's applicable refund policy and by applicable law, and SkyyCast does not set a separate refund window. Refunds are not automatic; a request may need to be reviewed and approved by Paddle before it is issued.

If a refund is approved, or a payment is reversed through a chargeback, the purchase is no longer treated as a valid purchase for downloads, and download access for it may be disabled. Files you have already downloaded are stored on your own device, and SkyyCast cannot remotely delete them.
