Refunds for SkyyCast Pro

How Pro billing works

SkyyCast Pro costs $9/month and is billed on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, billing support, and applicable refund requests under its own terms. SkyyCast determines your Pro access based on the subscription status Paddle reports to us — we never receive or store your card number or other payment credentials.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing — it does not, by itself, refund what you've already paid. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period; you are not cut off immediately, and you will not be charged again after that period ends.

Refunds

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's applicable refund policy and any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you. SkyyCast does not set a separate fixed refund window of its own, so that there is no conflict with Paddle's policy — eligibility and timing for any refund are determined by Paddle's policy and by applicable law.

To request a refund, please use Paddle's buyer support and refund process, available through Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net or via the link in your Paddle receipt or order confirmation email.
