What SkyyCast is

SkyyCast is a toolkit for creators who want more control over how their content is prepared and when it goes out. It has two parts that work independently or together. The free tools, which need no account, compress, resize and convert images, check how a link will preview, build trackable campaign links, and check a Bluesky post's text, images, video and link. The SkyyCast workspace then schedules a post for a specific time, publishes it to Bluesky for you, and brings its performance back so you can see how it did.

The problem it solves

Preparing media and links by hand takes time, and posting in the moment works fine occasionally but breaks down once you're trying to post consistently. You either have to be online at the right time, or you lose track of what you meant to post and when. Separately, once a post is live, it's easy to lose track of how it actually performed unless you go back and check Bluesky directly, post by post.

SkyyCast is built to remove both of those frictions: scheduling so you don't have to be present to publish, and a queue and analytics view so you don't have to go looking for how your content did.

Why scheduling and understanding performance matter

Consistent posting is easier to sustain when it doesn't depend on being online at a specific moment. And knowing how past posts performed gives you something concrete to base future posting decisions on, rather than guessing. SkyyCast treats both of these as part of the same workflow, not separate concerns.

How it fits together

In practice, the workflow is create, prepare, publish and measure: you create a post, prepare its images and links with the free tools, schedule it and watch it sit in your publishing queue, have it publish automatically to your connected Bluesky account, and then review how it performed once it's live. What SkyyCast supports today

• Publishing to Bluesky only — SkyyCast does not post to other networks. The free tools below work for any content, whichever platform you publish on.
• Free tools that need no account, including the Bluesky Post Checker, image tools, a link-preview checker and a UTM builder. They are separate from the Free and Pro plans.
• Text posts, posts with up to four images (with alt text), and posts with one MP4 video.
• A publishing queue with a calendar view, time-zone-aware scheduling, and failed publishes shown with a reason and a retry action.
• Performance analytics for published posts, with additional views on the Pro plan.
• Sign-in with Google; your Bluesky account is connected through Bluesky's own authorization screen, so SkyyCast never sees your Bluesky password.

It does not currently schedule multi-post threads, and there is no native mobile app — the web app is responsive and works from a phone. Plans and prices are on the pricing page.

Who runs SkyyCast, and how it is funded

SkyyCast is operated by Sangay Choda as an individually operated business (sole proprietorship), based in Bhutan. You can reach us at connect@skyycast.com or through the contact page. The product is funded by Free and Pro plan subscriptions. Advertising from Adcash and Adsterra also appears on some public pages, such as the blog and the Books catalog, but never inside the signed-in dashboard; the privacy policy explains how advertising and cookies are handled.
